Abstract Submission
Rules for Abstract Preparation of Oral or Poster
- Abstract submission is open only to registered delegates of the conference. Abstracts may be submitted after completion of conference registration.
- Abstracts may be submitted under the following categories:
- Poster
- Mini-Oral Presentation
- Clinical Case Presentation
- Each abstract must be submitted through the online submission portal. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
- The maximum word limit for abstracts submitted as Poster or Mini-Oral presentations is 500 words.
- Abstracts must be structured under the following headings:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Figures, tables, graphs, or images are not permitted in the abstract submission.
- Abstracts must be uploaded as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx format) using the “drag and drop” option on the submission portal.
- The presenting author must be clearly identified. The presenting author will be responsible for presenting the abstract at the conference.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The committee reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject abstracts
- Reassign the presentation category (poster or mini-oral)
- Allocate abstracts to appropriate scientific domains
- Abstracts must represent original work and must not have been previously published or presented at another conference.
- The deadline for abstract submission is 31 May 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Submission for Clinical Case Presentation requires only the name and contact number of the presenting author.
- Abstract submission is not required at this stage.
- Selected persons will be shortlisted by the Scientific Committee
- The Scientific Committee will contact the presenting author directly with further instructions regarding case details, format, and presentation.
